Rachel McCall, LCSW, QS

Rachel McCall is a licensed clinical social worker who makes it her personal mission to influence positive change and growth with every client she encounters. Her personal life experiences developed a passion in her to guide others through their struggles.

 

 Rachel navigated her way through many obstacles in her early adulthood while remaining steadfast in working toward her career goals. She received her bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work at the University of South Florida. During her graduate studies, she began counseling individuals struggling with a variety of mental illnesses and life issues. She found joy in seeing those that she worked with discover peace and victory amidst their battles.  This newfound joy followed Rachel into her career as the first acute care social worker at a local community hospital. 

While helping patients and families process and adjust to a variety of illnesses, she laid the groundwork of the social work role within an acute hospital setting. Rachel received her board certification in oncology social-work (OSW-C) and became a member of the Association of Oncology Social Work (AOSW) while working at one of the nation’s leading cancer institutions. After many years of working with individuals and families experiencing life changes and loss due to illness or tragedy, Rachel transitioned to working in private practice full time where she is able to continue to use her education, skills, and experiences to foster hopeful transformations within every client she meets.

Cordett McCall, LMHC, MCAP, QS

Cordett McCall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Washington State, as well as Qualified Supervisor to other aspiring Mental Health Counselors. Cordett’s passion for mental health began long before his professional aspirations. He grew up the son of Vietnam War veteran who was living with schizophrenia. “Growing up, I saw the suffering and torment the mind has on an individual. The experiences I endured forever shaped me and solidified one purpose…to help others struggling to overcome their personal demons.”


Cordett began his career over 25 years ago working in Volusia County with the developmentally delayed population as a behavioral health technician. Working with these vulnerable individuals was pivotal in his developmental as an empathetic caretaker. Cordett was guided into working as a counselor in Duval County with children and teens in local schools, as well as inpatient and outpatient facilities.

The highlight of this time was being part of a small team that developed and opened a residential home for young boys who had been abandoned in the system.

During his career, Cordett and a colleague researched ways to open a group home for the developmentally delayed and autistic. The research led to “Home at Last Inc.” consisting of 5 residential groups homes. The company provided residential rehabilitation and behavior modification to clients being de-institutionalized from state hospitals. Cordett continued developing his therapeutic skills working in crisis stabilization which exposed him to a myriad of psychopathologies that solidified his experiences as a competent and versatile practitioner.

In addition to working in private practice, Cordett served as Manager of Behavioral Health in HCA Hospitals. His knowledge and skills help him to be effective with each client that he serves.

Nichole Dalton, LMHC

Nichole Dalton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She began her journey working with individuals with disabilities in therapeutic horseback riding and equine therapy. She enjoys connecting the healing powers of animals and their ability to model life living for the present. Nichole completed her Master's degree at Troy University and worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings providing care to a range of mental health issues. She worked with homeless services, substance use treatment, crisis stabilization, family reunification cases, and outpatient counseling. 

 

Growing up in a divided military household with unhealed generational trauma, Nichole found peace in offering support and healing in individuals struggling with adverse childhood experiences. Nichole has experience working with victims of domestic violence, first responders and their partners, and is passionate about helping others develop healthy interpersonal relationships. 

 

Nichole utilizes her personal experiences and training to help others overcome challenges and life stressors. She utilizes an eclectic, individualized approach to each individual. She has transitioned to working in private practice full time and looks forward to supporting every individual she meets.

Sarah Rivard, LCSW

Sarah Rivard is a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping clients process, heal, and grow. Sarah’s passion for mental health was sparked from experiencing the power of therapy on wellbeing and personal growth. After graduating with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida, Sarah began providing services to children and families in the public school system. Helping children and their parents navigate social and emotional delays, housing instability, challenging behavior, and parenting issues was a rewarding role for her.

After transitioning into private practice, Sarah found great joy in witnessing the progress of her clients struggling with anxiety and depression. She continues her work providing evidence based therapeutic approaches. Sarah also specializes in infertility counseling after her own personal journey with infertility. As a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Sarah has completed the Mental Health Professionals Training certificate program. She works with clients navigating infertility issues including non-traditional family building, loss, assisted reproduction technology, gamete or embryo donation, and postpartum depression and anxiety.

Michelle Forester, LCSW

Michelle Forester is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that seeks to address the root cause of psychological symptoms in her clients and to encourage healing, self-awareness, resilience, and self-empowerment. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, eclectic, and collaborative, often drawing from her own life experience and by addressing generational trauma. At a young age, Michelle lost her mother to addiction, sex trafficking, and subsequently homicide. Her challenging youth transformed into a passion to pursue her social work career, where she could use her own experiences to relate to, and support others who suffer. 

 

Michelle graduated with her Master’s Degree of Social Work from Florida State University in 2017. Throughout her career journey, Michelle has provided psychotherapeutic care at an inpatient psychiatric setting, at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, and as an ICU social worker during the pandemic. She has also provided mental health services in local public schools, at a skilled nursing facility, and in the juvenile justice and adoption systems. In 2021, she began working in private practice, where she has the opportunity to continue using her vast experience to impact the lives of each individual she works with.  

 

Michelle specializes in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and harm reduction techniques with adolescents and adults. She is especially passionate about working with complex trauma and abuse survivors, first responders, military personnel, suicidal ideation, chronic illness, and with clients receiving TMS or Spravato treatments. She has experience as a preceptor for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner interns and plans to complete training to become an LCSW Qualified Supervisor in the near future. 

 

Michelle believes that being a therapist is an incredible privilege and is humbled to be trusted with the intimate details of people's lives. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside clients as they discover their inner wisdom and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Calvin Alardo, RMHC-I

Calvin Alardo is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in Florida with a passion for helping individuals recover from addiction, relationships issues, and trauma. Calvin studied psychology at Seton Hill University where he also played college football. Calvin became interested in psychology by his personal experience of seeing his father struggle with alcoholism and family members struggle with major depression.  

While at the University, he found his passion for the field of therapy after conducting research into adverse childhood experiences. He applied what he has learned in that research experience to his approach in therapy and healing from trauma. He continued his education at Webster University receiving his Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Calvin began his career doing outpatient counseling for non-profits and transitioned his career into residential settings working with clients diagnosed with co-occurring disorders. Through that experience he has gained specialized skills utilizing DBT, CBT, and Gestalt in his therapeutic approach. After years of helping individuals with various psycho pathologies, Calvin is bringing his approach to private practice to help clients manage their daily lives. 

Calvin uses his personal experience of being a therapist in long-term recovery and professional experience working in award winning treatment facilities to provide an integrated approach to his therapy style. “The mind is everything. What you think you become.” - Buddha

Kendall Martin, RMHC-I

Kendall Martin is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to the empowerment and growth of her clients. After facing adversity her freshman year of college, Kendall embarked on her own counseling journey and saw first hand just how effective therapy could be. Over the span of her adulthood, she has used counseling as a tool for processing, goal setting, and overcoming stressful life transitions. It was her first hand experiences that inspired her to get her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and train to become a proficient therapist.

It is her goal to help others achieve self knowledge and mastery through a working counseling relationship. Whether it be mental or physical illness, life transitions, grief, trauma, or simply the desire for self betterment, Kendall is committed to assisting in the process. 

She is trained in and utilizes a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Neuro-Linguistic Processing often in combination with narrative therapy and solution focused techniques. Her clinical experience thus far has given her ample experience with various mental health issues, but it is her passion for the individual needs of each client that make her effective.

Cameron Moody, RMHC-I

Cameron Moody is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to helping people grow, heal, and process through any internal conflicts that are inhibiting them from becoming the person they desire to be. The support that helped him overcome a number of adverse childhood experiences is what ignited his own passion for helping others. “In our culture, we are made to
believe that asking for help is a form of weakness; the truth of the matter is that every story of healing, redemption, and success can only be possible with some level of help and support.”


Cameron was born and raised on O’ahu, Hawai’i and grew up with parents who were in the helping profession. His father has spent his entire career as a coach and educator, and his mother as a social worker in the community and non-profit field. He left home at 17 to pursue his dream of playing college basketball, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication
and Comparative Ethnic Studies from Washington State University. While in college, he was called to the field of Mental Health counseling after his research in Culture and Communication became aligned with some of the foundational principles of Psychology. After 3 years of coaching and working with pre-teens, teenagers, and early college-aged students in Washington state, Cameron moved to Tampa in 2014 to pursue a degree in Counselor Education. He earned his Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida in 2016, and has been working as a high school counselor and a basketball coach
in the Tampa area since. 

 

Cameron believes that every individual’s life story, experiences, and perspectives should be treated with the utmost care, love and respect. To be entrusted with the task of helping foster someone’s healing, growth, and wellness is the greatest honor one can be given.

Taylor Anderson, RMHC-I

Taylor Anderson is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern that specializes in helping individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her journey into mental health started with her
own experiences and a deep passion for research, leading her to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

 

In her practice, Taylor uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her approach is person-centered, as she believes in individualized
approaches to individualized concerns.


She believes in the importance of a collaborative and empathetic relationship, and she strives to create a safe, respectful space where you feel truly heard. By focusing on each individual’s unique experiences and goals, she supports clients in building
resilience, improving self-esteem, and achieving meaningful change.
