Nancy Young is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma, addiction, and life transitions. With a background in social work and a trauma-informed approach, Nancy creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their stories, reclaim their voice, and build a meaningful path forward. Nancy specializes in working with survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and childhood sexual abuse. She brings a deep understanding of the complex trauma and layered challenges faced by survivors, guiding them through a process of safety, stabilization, and long-term healing. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inner Child Work, and Mindfulness, Nancy helps clients navigate emotional pain, break cycles of shame, and develop healthier coping strategies. She also works extensively with individuals in addiction recovery and those navigating grief, relational wounds, and life transitions. Nancy’s warmth, authenticity, and belief in her clients’ resilience shine through in her work. She meets each person where they are—empowering them with the tools and insight needed to move from survival to thriving.
