Zandria Ingram, LCSW
Therapy offers a powerful space where individuals can explore their stories, make sense of their experiences, and begin shaping the future they truly want. At the heart of Zandria's work is the belief that every person sees the world through their own unique lens—and those differences deserve to be honored in a space that is safe, compassionate, and free of judgment.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused approaches, Zandria works alongside clients to uncover practical, meaningful strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Whether someone is struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, or ongoing mental health concerns, the goal is always to meet them where they are—with empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for their journey.
Zandria earned her Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Over the years, she's had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health settings, from crisis units to residential programs and outpatient care. These experiences have shaped not just her clinical expertise, but also her appreciation for the resilience and strength that every individual carries.
What stands out most in her approach is a heartfelt commitment to truly seeing each person—not just their struggles, but their hopes, values, and potential. Zandria believes that healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to create the change they seek.
