Kendall Martin, RMCHI
Kendall Martin is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to the empowerment and growth of her clients. After facing adversity her freshman year of college, Kendall embarked on her own counseling journey and saw first hand just how effective therapy could be. Over the span of her adulthood, she has used counseling as a tool for processing, goal setting, and overcoming stressful life transitions. It was her first hand experiences that inspired her to get her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and train to become a proficient therapist.
It is her goal to help others achieve self knowledge and mastery through a working counseling relationship. Whether it be mental or physical illness, life transitions, grief, trauma, or simply the desire for self betterment, Kendall is committed to assisting in the process.
She is trained in and utilizes a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Neuro-Linguistic Processing often in combination with narrative therapy and solution focused techniques. Her clinical experience thus far has given her ample experience with various mental health issues, but it is her passion for the individual needs of each client that make her effective.
Kendall invites you to explore a therapeutic journey that transcends the ordinary, fostering resilience and illuminating the way to a more profound sense of well-being.
