Case Management & Support Coordination — Rachel McCall, LCSW, QS
Rachel offers individualized case management to ensure that every part of a client’s support system is aligned. This may include coordination with psychiatrists or medical providers, referrals to treatment resources, family communication, and ongoing advocacy. Her work bridges the gap between therapy and real-life needs, ensuring clients receive the support they need at every level.

8 extended therapy sessions (60–90 minutes each) with after-hours access and coordinated case management throughout the duration of care. Ideal for individuals or families seeking a structured and focused therapeutic experience with high-level support and follow-through.(Prepaid in full at the start of service. Monthly Membership — $1,500–$2,000/month
Up to 4 therapy sessions per month (60–90 minutes each) with ongoing after-hours communication, resource coordination, and check-ins between sessions. Best suited for professionals or individuals seeking long-term, flexible, and ongoing support that adapts to their lifestyle.(Renewed monthly; limited availability to maintain quality of care.)
Individual Concierge Sessions — $350–$450/session
For those seeking as-needed, high-touch support without a package commitment.
Includes after-hours access and coordination of next steps.
In-home or on-site sessions are available for an additional $75 per visit.
