When the Silence Breaks is an 8-week healing group for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, designed to provide a safe, supportive space for healing and empowerment. Facilitated by Nancy Young, MSW, RCSWI, and expert in trauma and sexual exploitation, the group meets Saturdays from August 23 to October 11, 2025, in Land O’ Lakes, FL. Participants will explore topics such as trauma’s impact, shame, boundaries, and inner child work, using trauma-informed practices to reconnect with their voice and rewrite their story.
