Camila Branstner, MSW
Camila earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and brings several years of experience working with children and adolescents in clinical, educational, and camp settings. She has served diverse populations ranging from ages 2 to 17, supporting youth across a wide spectrum of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Camila specializes in working with children and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. She is passionate about helping young people build resilience, strengthen confidence, and develop healthy coping skills that empower them both inside and outside of therapy.
Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness-based skills. She thoughtfully integrates these modalities to create a supportive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic experience for children, adolescents, and their families.
Camila’s years of working with youth have deepened her commitment to helping them navigate life’s challenges, clarify and pursue their goals, and grow into their fullest potential—both within the therapeutic space and in their everyday lives.
